At DRSWA (Defence Residents Social Welfare Association), Ramzan is a time of compassion, unity, and service. Every year, with the support of our generous donors and dedicated volunteers, we work tirelessly to support underprivileged families, daily wage workers, widows, orphans, and communities struggling to meet their basic needs.
Our Ramzan initiatives are designed to ensure that no family sleeps hungry and every fasting individual experiences the blessings of this holy month with dignity.
Our Ramzan Welfare Initiatives
Ramzan Ration Distribution
Thousands of deserving families face financial hardship during Ramzan.
Through our Ramzan Ration Drive, DRSWA distributes essential food packages containing flour, rice, lentils, cooking oil, sugar, tea, dates, and other daily necessities.
These ration packs help families observe Ramzan with peace and dignity while reducing the burden of rising food costs.
Daily Iftar Distribution
DRSWA organizes daily Iftar drives for laborers, road workers, rickshaw drivers, patients’ attendants, and fasting individuals across different areas.
Fresh and hygienic meals, water, dates, and juices are distributed to ensure that those away from home can break their fast comfortably.
Sehri Support Program
During the blessed month, we also provide Sehri meal support for deserving communities and mosque-based gatherings, helping fasting individuals begin their day with nourishment and care.
Eid Gift & Clothing Distribution
Every family deserves happiness on Eid. DRSWA distributes Eid gifts, clothes, and essentials to children, widows, and low-income families so they can celebrate Eid with joy and dignity.
Zakat & Sadaqah Distribution
Your Zakat, Sadaqah, and donations are carefully delivered to deserving individuals through transparent and responsible welfare programs. We ensure that your contributions reach families who genuinely need support.
